PoorThis practise used to be fine. However it has massively failed in recent years. I have had my appointments repeatedly rescheduled, in some cases without notification. I was told my appointment would be rescheduled again last summer for another NHS dentist due to their repeated failings over multiple years. However this never happend, and are unwilling to honor their word.
