Dismissive and unhelpful

Very disappointing experience with Dr Paulo Da Silva Moreira. I originally had a small chip and mild sensitivity in a tooth. After a composite filling, the tooth became more painful and sensitive when biting. Despite returning to the practice, the issue was not resolved and I felt my concerns were dismissed. Patients are asked to sign detailed consent forms listing many risks, but when complications occur the practice does not appear willing to take responsibility or properly help resolve the situation. I am now still dealing with ongoing pain and may need further treatment elsewhere.
