Absolutely Disgraceful Surgery Stay Clear

To The Manager/Manageress I contacted your Practice yesterday and explained I booked on line. I made clear I do not want a check up ! I was in serious need for a Dentist to take me out of pain of my broken tooth. She ensured me the Dentist would do everything possible to take me out of pain … Do not worry we are hear to help you. I turned up promptly for my appointment.. Even though the Dentist was running late. Bearing in mind you have no carpark so I had to park in a carpark a distance away .. Which in turn paid additional amount because your Dentist was running late ? I explained to the Dentist before she opened my mouth how much pain I was in !! She started calling out numbers to her colleague when examining my mouth which took approximately 3 minutes. Once she had finished I asked about my tooth in which I am in complete agony with ?? She bizarrely informed me to make another appointment ? Has she never been in pain with a tooth ache ?? So the outcome of my wasted visit to your terrible Dentist Practice is the following - Parking £7.00 Because she was running late ? Treatment… Well no treatment was given £27.40 I Left With The Same Pain I Walked In With ?? Do you not realise there is various sites that reviews are given on Businesses. I want a full refund for what your business charged me and someone to take accountability for telling me completely un true facts. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK ? My money was refunded.. But it was never about money. I telephoned them today I was cut off 3 times I hardly spoke a word ? Finally I spoke to a foreign spoken lady I asked can I pull my appointment forward she informed me it’s been cancelled because I slammed the door shut on my last appointment. I can’t remember if I did or not but I know I was cross from my last experience with them ! It just proves the mentality of the practice. The only reason I went back to them is because I am registered with them. I insisted they de register me and I will register at a competent and friendly practice not run by a gaggle of giggling teenagers. Mr JC Marshall
