Abismal Service

I unfortunately had to cancel 2 appointments, the first due to my father passing away (which was only 5 weeks ago and which I am still grieving) and the second due to me having flu. They cancelled my NHS and said that they would only see me privately going forwards due to 2 cancelled appointments. I explained the reasons again, as obviously both were totally out of my control and I had cancelled in advance rather than just not turned up, but the receptionist was totally uncaring and not bothered in the slightest.
