A nightmare in dentist chair

Absolutely traumatic experience. Avoid this practice. I have never written a public review before, but my experience with Dr.Jakub Wojcicki was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. What was supposed to be a routine dental procedure turned into a traumatic, medieval ordeal. My appointment had been cancelled even though I had booked another, I was then made to wait a further 2 hours to be seen by Dr Jakub Wojcicki the owner too. I got referred for a specialist filling, which was never given as an option for me, instead he proceeded on rattling of thousands of pounds worth of dental treatment, to which I repeatedly said I can not afford. so I opted to get it removed. I was barely in the chair—hadn’t even removed my hair clip properly—before the dentist had his hands in my mouth. No explanation and no consent. he handed me a mirror to watch the procedure. Even though he reviewed my x-rays, asked me which tooth was causing me the pain and knew my tooth was infected, he proceeded on firmly pushing my tooth down asking “this one?” The pain was so sharp that I dropped the mirror—a clear sign of distress that he completely ignored. Dr Jakub Wojcicki performed a tooth extraction on me with little pain relief. I was not properly numbed, and despite my visible distress and clear communication that I was still in pain, he kept repeatedly saying that I wasn’t in pain and that it was in my head. the extraction proceeded—rapidly and without empathy. There was no warning, no explanation, and certainly no regard for patient comfort or consent. I felt more like an object being processed than a human being receiving medical care. The entire procedure was rushed, cold, and shockingly unprofessional. I walked in expecting a high class dental treatment; I left shaken, bleeding, and in worse shape than when I arrived. It’s difficult to overstate how negligent, unacceptable, unprofessional and cruel by this experience was. If you value compassion, communication, or basic medical standards, go elsewhere. A dentist’s first responsibility is to do no harm—Dr Jakub Wojcicki failed catastrophically. If you’re considering this practice, I desperately urge you: go elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled, compassionate professionals out there. This is not one of them.
